| Catering |
Redlands Baseball Club will be opening the
canteen for the Trials. They will be selling hot and cold food
and cold drinks. Orders for the food have to be made
before the start of the trials. |

| Clothing and Equipment |
Students will need to supply all of their own personal playing equipment. | |
| Costs | Cost per student is $13.00. This fee is to be paid to the Convenor on the day of the trials. | |
| Officials | Districts are reminded that they must have a supervising teacher in attendance for the duration of the trial. | |

| Times | A meeting of team
officials will be held at 8:30am in the club house. Trials will commence at 9:00am. |
| Shade | There is no shade available at the field; districts bring own shade structures. |
| Catering | All participants are advised that there will be no canteen at this ground; there is a need to bring own food and drinks. |
| Equipment | Students will need to supply all personal playing equipment. |
| Cost | Cost is $12.00 per student. Money should be handed to the Regional Convenor on the day of the trials. Please bring correct change. |
| Selection Procedures | As per MESSB Policy, one teacher from each district may be nominated as a member of the Selection Panel. Selections will be final and no further play-offs will be held. |
