with a Disability are reminded that the Queensland Government provides
some financial support for athletes who qualify to attend some State
Championships. You

further information and a copy of the application form.
How do I
get a classification?
The
process is as follows:
Complete one of the registration forms from the four click points below.
Then ...
1. Send the completed form to QSS Sport Office, PO Box
3376, Stafford DC 4053 (Mark your envelope Attention: Steven
Murray)
2. Queensland School Sport will take note of your
paperwork and register you on the "Awaiting Classification" List and
will send your forms to the Classifying Body
3. A classification decision will be made by the
Classifying Body and the athlete will be informed
4. The Classifying Body will send a copy of the
decision to Queensland School Sport
5. The athlete's details will be entered on the
statewide database.
