The Region

REGIONAL BOARD

The Metropolitan East Regional Sport Board consists of members appointed 
as provided for by Education Queensland.  Members of the Board will include:

     two representatives from the Region's Primary Management Committee -
     Mr Keith Graham, Mr Alan Menzies

     one representative elected from regional primary sport specific bodies -
     Ms Leigh Francis

     two representatives from the Region's Secondary Management Committee -
     Mr Alan Todd, Ms Amanda Sullivan

     one representative elected from regional secondary sport specific bodies -
     Ms Vicki Aley

     one representative of the Region's special education centres -
     Mr Rob Wilson

     the Regional School Sport Officer (ex officio) -
     Mr Des Guy

     the Assistant Regional School Sport Officer (ex officio) -
     Mr John Masters

     three representatives from among parents, sport and recreation and the community -
     Mr Stan Plath, Mr Ralph Surtees, one vacancy

     an Education Queensland nominee -
     Ms Wendy Dewers

     an additional Education Queensland employee as Chair -
     Mr Paul Bancroft.
