The Region

Regional Board

The Metropolitan East Regional Sport Board consists of members appointed
as provided for by Education Queensland. Members of the Board will include:

two representatives from the Region's Primary Management Committee
one representative elected from regional primary sport specific bodies
two representatives from the Region's Secondary Management Committee
one representative elected from regional secondary sport specific bodies
one representative of the Region's special education centres
the Regional School Sport Officer (ex officio)
the Assistant Regional School Sport Officer (ex officio)
three representatives from among parents, sport and recreation and the community
an Education Queensland nominee
an additional Education Queensland employee as Chair.
